My autograph arrived back today i wish to thank all the A.M.A. team for a excellent service they provided. I some times write for a local paper i wanted to write about the service you provide all autographs should be authenticated this way not just the old side by side method. If this is ok with you would you let me know would it be safe to take a laser copy of the certificate of authenticity to use in the newspaper or would it damage it. The one drawback is how to insure the items sent.

I received the group back from you last Friday.   I'm very impressed with your work and will recommend you highly.   Hopefully we will continue to be successful with these autographs. I'm selling them for a client on Ebay and have to have them authenticated to get the price my client paid for them.   And he paid dearly for the 3 stooges and Marilyn Monroe which came back unauthenticated.

It takes a a big man to admit an error and to realize we are all human. I know you do your best and I have used your services in the past to judge various items.
I will continue to use you because you do not sell autographs and have no vested interest, one way or the other. Therefore, unlike those such as PSA/DNA, James Spense, etc, you can be objective.
So let this episode serve as a lesson for the future and we can all learn from it; not be be too hasty. I respect your response and value your expertise. No one can guarantee a signature unless they witness it...even the great Frank Caiazzo or whom I do not respect. FYI: He told me all my signed Beatle albums were fake without even looking at them in person. Imagine that.
