As the popularity of autograph collecting has grown over the years, so has the demand for authentic autographs.

Step 1
Witnessing: A.M.A Authenticator will personally witness your autograph signing.

Step 2
Signing verification: A record of the autograph session is signed by both the athlete and their promoter as well as a member of AMA Verification & Witnessing Dept. This record is stored in a secure permanent file.

Step 3
Tagging / Labeling: Each item will be affixed with a tamper proof serial number tag non-transferable and/or DNA invisible ink tagging

Step 4
Letter of Authenticity: A matching, state of the art Letter of Authenticity. The bottom of the Letter of Authentication features a light red "PROTECTED" logo printed in heat reactive ink technology - just rub the logo with your finger or apply other heat source and watch it temporarily disappear. This feature adds a second level of defense over the AuthentiGuard - Hidden Image Background - as the disappearing act of the logo CANNOT be reproduced by anyone.

When an original document printed on AuthentiGuard^Ž DeterX^TM paper is copied or scanned, the resulting page shows a robust warning message, clearly indicating that it is a copy.
