For years eBay has been a runaway freight train making up wacky rules as they've gone along. Their often contradictory rules (right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing), favoritism, world's worst customer service (often been said it's easier to contact CIA) and just plain arrogance has fortunately started to take it's toll. The following link is a good example of why government often has to intrude in private enterprise.
