What is an Appraisal
?
Appraisal is the act of estimating the monetary value of real,
personal, or intangible property, usually performed as a service by
someone recognized as an expert or certified by an organization or
government agency. When
purchasing, selling, or for insurance purposes, find out exactly what
you have. Not obtaining a formal written letter of authenticity on
collectible is like buying a car without getting the legal title
paper.
